The Boy refused to stand in a queue,
At the airport’s security line, said he wanted to go to the loo.
He was fed up standing in line, and wanted to have a fun time.
He slipped away, but spotted by the police on duty that day.
Was chased by soldiers, with guns at the ready,
Excitement, in every fibre of his little body, was heady.
The sight of armed guards, caused his family sudden alarm;
As complete strangers, tried to catch hold of the little chap’s arm.
Darting under and over barriers, with no shame he was away!
Not for a moment did he pause to stay.
His parents in dismay, shouted out his name,
He laughingly thought it all a wonderful game.
Then his whole family entered the chase.
Tears of laughter ran down The Boy’s face,
At last, caught by two burly police, who were seriously, on his case.
