I rock your cradle and make you smile,
If I push a little harder, we could travel miles.
We could fly through the window,
Carried by the breeze that blows,
Over cities and mountains, lakes and seas;
Seeing things in glorious colour, by others unseen,
No one would believe where we had been.
Then gaze at the sun, sinking into the sea,
Mother Nature at her best, speechless we’ll be.
Flying with the birds, returning to their nests,
Our happy day is surely blessed.
Then home for us, for bottle bath and bed,
I sing you a lullaby as we put the day, to rest.
