The Boy told his granny, her teeth were brown,
And that her face deeply furrowed, when she frowned.
So first to the dentists she ran, to the edge of town
To see if he could make her teeth white, instead of brown.
Then to the hospital she whisked herself away,
To lift her face into beauty, that would stay.
The Boy hardly recognised his granny the next day.
Until she laughed, in the old familiar way.
