Oh what a delightful sight
To see your bright golden light
Springing towards me, solving my solitary plight.
Safely encased in your cosy cocoon,
Heading towards my destination but all too soon,
I arrive, converted by your council un impugned.
Without interruption you always listen,
To light and dark tales, for you no gain
Dispensing advice, then gone, swallowed up in London’ s rain.
